DIRTnewz CLOSES THE DOORS
It has been an amazing journey, but the time has come for DIRTnewz.com to close its doors.
We thank the many sponsors, friends and family and all the past advertising clients who have contributed to the website.
Special thanks to FOX Racing Shox and John Marking who was a driving force behind the concept of DIRTnewz in the early years. Owner Tim Sanchez, commented, “On behalf of all the people associated with DIRTnewz over the years I want to personally say thank you. We have mixed emotions about closing down DIRTnewz, but within the current economy and the extreme costs of producing remote live event coverage, it’s not a positive business model. These decisions are always very difficult to make, but we do know its the right business decision. Again, thanks to all of you who have been part of this journey.”
Effective June 1, 2014, DIRTnewz will close.
