Norra Mexican 1000 Kicks Off in Ensenada
The Norra Mexican 1000 kicked off this weekend in Ensenada as racers and fans alike filled the streets to celebrate the historic race. Off road favorites, Frank DeAngelo, Walker Evans, Rick Johnson, Jerry Troy and Ed Herbst, Mark McMillin and Larry Roeseler were among 145 racers set to take the green flag during Sundays first day of racing.
Mark Winkelman was the first moto to arrive in El Rosario during the first day of moto racing in front of Todd Stewart, Hunter Kirby, and Larry Dysert. Today they will head south to San Ignacio while the cars engage on their first leg of the race.
