August 7, 2008 - Subaru Rally Team USA (SRT USA) driver Travis Pastrana drove away with his ninth career X Games gold medal after winning the spectacular and drama-filled Rally Super Special event at X Games 14 in Los Angeles, Ca. The 23 year-old, two-time defending Rally America National Champion won each of the bracket racing-style rounds of the event in his 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI on the mixed-surface stadium rally stage to eventually beat last year's gold medalist Tanner Foust by over 2 seconds in the finals.
August 6, 2008 –The KMC Wheels TROPHYLITE Series Presented by KC HiLiTES is proud to announce that motocross freestyle innovator Brian Deegan, X-Games announcer Cameron Steele, 2008 X-Games Gold Medalist Jeremy Lusk, and Trophy Truck phenomenon BJ Baldwin will all be competing in TROPHYLITE vehicles at the SNORE KC HiLiTES Midnight Special on Saturday, August 9th in Primm, Nevada.
