Poly Performance, Inc. Introduces BBCS Series Off-Road Shocks

Poly Performance, Inc. introduces a durable and affordable shock for your rockcrawling rig. Available in 11, 13, and 15 inch travel, the high pressure nitrogen charged BBCS series shocks have a large 46mm Digressive Flow Piston for more consistent damping, and they are valved specifically for rockcrawling. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) dissipates heat more effectively, while a Viton seal and low friction piston rod bearing increases seal life in the most demanding conditions.

BBCS series shocks are constructed with a durable black powdercoated finish and a Nitro Steel shaft to resist corrosion. All BBCS series shocks are welded with a robotic projection welder for accuracy and quality. With rolled tube ends, these shocks will be leak free under the most extreme conditions. Polyurethane end bushings with the popular 1.5” mount width, and an upgraded low density polyurethane bottom-out bumper with aluminum bump cap, finish off this high quality shock.

BBCS series shocks are valved for specifically for coil spring or leaf springs applications. Starting out at $99 each, these shocks provide a superior performance to dollar ratio for any rockcrawling machine.
