PRO 2 race saw Jeremy McGrath take the hole shot, but not for long as Dan VandenHuevel charges hard to the front.
Rob MacCachren pushed to the front over VandenHuevel and Todd LeDuc in Pro 2. That will push Rob forward in the points race heading to Vegas next month for the Traxxas TORC Season Finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. MacCachren didn't falter once in front and didn't let the pressure of Dan VandenHuevel, LeDuc, or Johnson mess with another Pro 2 win.

Todd LeDuc is taking an extreme beating as MONSTER's Jeremy McGrath seems to be having steering issues as he comes out of the turns.

MacCachren, winner of last nights Round 13, has a strategy in mind but will he be able to pull in front of current points leader Ricky Johnson for a top spot once again?
Ricky Johnson and Rob MacCachren are fighting for not only a win tonight but they are both huge contenders for the 2009 Pro 2 points championship.
Greg Adler took an unfortunate roll through the rhythm section and will be out of the race. He is out of his truck and okay.

Huseman maintains lead at restart with Douglas putting the pressure on and will not give up. Kyle LeDuc pushes the #99 to the limits as he FLYS through the rhythm section and almost lands on top of Greaves.
Adrian Cenni, known again tonight as "The Wild Man" breaks his right front suspension in the middle of turn 4. He then throws his truck right out in front of multiple racers and nearly causes major chaos but Barlow scrapes by

8:40pm LIVE UPDATE:
PRO Light driver Jeff Kincaid is pushing Marty Hart for the top position after 10 laps. Kincaid told DIRTnewz staff earlier that he's not only looking for yet another win to add to his season but he wants to increase his points lead over Chad Hord and the rest of the Pro Light field. Jeff Kincaid currently holds 9 Oakley Bomb Awards for having the fastest lap during the race, can he take his 10th here in
Luke Johnson is putting up a good strong showing here this weekend as he steps into the #48 Pro Light for his first ever Pro Light Race of his short course racing career. Johnson looking to follow in his fathers footsteps started the season running a Sportsman 2 on the east coast all season long and wasn't able to get the Sportsman 2 ready to race in Pro 2 this weekend.
* Johnson rolled on lap 9 but will make it back to the lead lap right in front of Valerie LeDuc.
Chad Hord is now out of the hunt as he gets a right rear flat at the mandatory caution. At the restart Hord slows way down and falls to the back of the pack.
Chris Brandt pulls off the track and back to his main pit and is out of the race.

PERRIS, CA (September 26th, 2009) — Yesterday's Round 13 showed Rob MacCachren, Scott Douglas and Chris Brandt landing in the winners circle. The battles heated up early on as Chad Hord and Chris Brandt fought for the lead in the Pro Light class while Scott Douglas and Kyle LeDuc banged fenders in Pro 4 and Rob MacCachren raged around the #2 Monster Pro 2 of Jeremy McGrath.
