Robby Gordon Returns to CORR at Los Angeles FAIRPLEX / Gordon Also Scheduled for CORR at Texas Motor Speedway in October

Orange, California (May 9, 2007) It's no surprise that NASCAR team owner/driver of the #7 Jim Beam Nextel Cup car is a fierce competitor. Robby Gordon showcased his off road racing talents on April 22, 2007 at the 2007 CORR Series season opener weekend and if anyone in the stadium didn't think that was exciting...then you're from a different planet.

Well that excitement is about to return to the world of CORR off road racing in only 12 days as it was confirmed today that the affable off road racing veteran will return to the dirt track at the Los Angeles County Fairplex in Pomona, California to battle with Monster Energy's Jerry Whelchel, Red Bull's Rob MacCachren, Baldwin Racing's Ricky Johnson, Toyo Tires Superstar - Todd LeDuc as well as a host of others that will come to battle against the nation's best drivers.

Robby Gordon showed his passion and emotion for CORR racing a few weeks ago as he exited his race truck and beamed about the excitement of door-to-door racing in a closed-course dirt track.

CORR Offiicials announced today that Gordon is slated to return to the Baldwin Racing Pro-2 for Sunday racing action on May 20, 2007. NASCAR Nextel Cup Series hosts the Saturday All-Star race on May 19, 2007 allowing Gordon to travel from Charlotte, North Carolina to Ontario, California where Gordon will make his way to the race course for Sunday's two rounds of racing.

CORR also reported that Robby Gordon has express his interest in other dates including the race on October 20-21, 2007 at Texas Motor Speedway. The NASCAR Nextel Cup race is scheduled for Martinsville Raceway in Virginia that same weekend.

Robby Gordon is no stranger to carrying an extensive schedule as for several years he has juggled the NASCAR Cup schedule, as well as racing the SCORE Baja 500 and the Baja 1000.

The return of Gordon to CORR at Pomona is set to wow the fans.
