Anaheim, CA (June 16, 2008) –The Bully Dog and Speed Technologies Pro-lite team of Casey Currie, ran an impressive race on June 7-8, at the Championship Off Road Racing (CORR) round 5 and 6, at the Los Angeles County Fairplex in Pomona, CA.

Qualifying in 10th position, on Saturday, Casey knew he had his work cut out for him, but putting his head down from the wave of the green flag and focusing on getting to the front is exactly what he did, finishing for the first time this year, on the Podium.

Currie had this to say “I’m feeling more and more comfortable in the new truck, and I know what it takes to run up front. We just need better luck to make it happen. It feels good to be back up on the Podium and I know that we have the equipment to stay up here for the rest of the season.

Qualifying 14th on Sunday, the luck was turning the other way again, having a tough time in qualifying and then bringing it into the race. Casey had a clean start and was quickly making his way through the field, when he got tangled on lap 4 and was forced to the side lines with a broken track arm.

Currie “It’s frustrating when things go wrong, but at least all of our problems have been the result of something on the track, and not the result of poor prep. We had such a smooth year last season and it seems this year I can’t stay out of trouble. The truck is working so good, I am already looking forward to Chula Vista .”
